Achillion + Corfu town with Mon Repos
About the Excursion
Visit to the Achillion Palace, which was built in the 19th century for the Empress Sissy and was bought of Emperor William II of Germany. Have a look at the wonderful garden and enjoy the romantic view. Near Corfu town you would visit the royal summer residence Mon Repos, situated in a marvellous park with a small but interesting museum of the ancient town of Kerkyra. After that we continue the round at the peninsula Kanoni with its beautiful view to the famous Mouse Island Vlacherna. In town you will pass by the church of St. Spyridon, patron saint of the island. Enjoy the walk through the old part of the town and its nice shops.
