Plotin Travel – Terms and Conditions of Service Summary

Preamble This website is operated by Plotin Travel. By accessing and using this website, the client agrees to be bound by all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here and in the client’s contract with Plotin Travel. The Terms of Service apply only to our electronic store and not to orders and transactions made in our physical store. Article 1 – Online Terms

∙ By agreeing to these Terms, the client represents that they are at least the age of majority in their state or province of residence, or that they have given their consent to allow any of their minor dependents to use this site.

∙ The client may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, nor may they violate any laws in their jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).

∙ The client must not transmit any viruses or destructive code.

∙ Upon registration, the client creates a user account and provides necessary information for reservation confirmation. The client is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their password and can deactivate their account at any time.

∙ Providing true, accurate, and complete information during registration is mandatory, and the client must update this information as needed. Confidentiality of the client’s information is maintained, and it is not shared with third parties, except in the case of a digital hacking incident.

Article 2 – General Terms

∙ The company reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

∙ The client’s content, including credit card information, may be transferred unencrypted and adapted to technical requirements of various networks. However, credit card information is always encrypted during transfer.

∙ The client agrees not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any part of the Service without express written permission.

Article 3 – Accuracy of Information

∙ The company is not responsible if information on this site is not accurate, complete, or current. The material is for general information and should not be the sole basis for decision-making.

∙ The company reserves the right to modify the content of this site at any time but has no obligation to update information.

Article 4 – Prices & Services

∙ Prices are per person and do not include personal expenses or tips. Prices are subject to change without notice.

∙ The company reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time without notice and is not liable for any changes, price changes, suspensions, or discontinuances of the Service.

Article 5 – Returns, Swaps & Refunds (excluding Suppliers like hotels/airlines)

∙ Changes to bookings are subject to availability and may incur standard service charges and additional Supplier charges.

∙ Cancellations made 24 hours before the tour start are free; otherwise, the cost is non-refundable.

∙ Lost or stolen tickets can be replaced by contacting the company.

∙ Services marked non-refundable are not subject to change or cancellation.

Article 6 – Billing, Refund & Return Costs

∙ Pre-booking deposits are non-refundable. Full payment is required to guarantee prices.

∙ Changes to name details are not allowed by many airlines and Suppliers.

∙ Refunds are issued after receiving funds from Suppliers.

Article 7 – Copyright or Content Violations

∙ Unauthorized reproduction, copying, storing, exporting, selling, broadcasting, distributing, republishing, modifying, or otherwise exploiting the content of the Website is prohibited.

Article 8 – Personal Information

∙ All personal information and transactions are secure and confidential. Submission of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy.

Article 9 – Errors & Omissions

∙ Postponements or cancellations of trips by Plotin Travel will be announced via email.

∙ In case of trip postponement, clients can choose a refund or re-book.

∙ In case of trip cancellation, clients receive a full refund.

Article 10 – Prohibited Uses

∙ Prohibited uses include, but are not limited to, any unlawful purpose, soliciting others to perform unlawful acts, violating any regulations, infringing intellectual property rights, harassment, submitting false information, uploading viruses, and interfering with the security features of the Service.

Article 11 – Limitation of Liability

∙ The company does not guarantee uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free service.

∙ The company is not liable for any injury, loss, claim, or damages arising from the use of the service or products procured using the service.

Article 12 – Rules During Transportation

∙ Specific pick-up points are designated for activities.

∙ Clients must behave respectfully and comply with the trip program.

∙ Smoking, drinking, and eating are not permitted inside the coach.

Article 13 – Governing Law & Competent Courts

∙ Disputes arising out of the terms will be resolved in the courts of Corfu.

Article 14 – Modifications & Changes of the Terms

∙ The company reserves the right to alter these terms. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any changes.
